Revit Basics for landscape architects

You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience modeling terrain, planting, paths, and outdoor elements—brought together in one comprehensive BIM model. Learn the essentials of Revit so you can work more efficiently, improve coordination with buildings and infrastructure, and create a strong foundation for more advanced workflows.

•  Work with Revit’s interface, tools, and landscape design workflows
•  Create and modify terrain directly within Revit
•  Place landscape elements such as planting, walls, and outdoor objects
•  Understand how the landscape model integrates into the BIM process

PRACTICAL EXERCISES:
•  Set up a landscape project from the ground up
•  Import a site plan and build the terrain
•  Add landscape elements and produce a plan with sections
