Become a Certified ICT Manager in Just 3 Days: Gain Expertise in ICT Management and Strengthen Your Projects

With the ICT Management Education, you will become a certified ICT Manager and acquire the necessary skills to successfully manage your construction and infrastructure projects. You will learn to make informed ICT decisions and work strategically to achieve the best results in your role as an ICT Manager.

The course delves into the Danish ICT regulations in AB18, ABR18, ABT18, as well as YBL18 and YBA19, providing an understanding of what these mean for you as an ICT Manager, for the client, and for other stakeholders involved in the construction project. You will gain insight into the requirements of the ICT Executive Orders and relevant Danish standards, and their implications in relation to the construction process and the subsequent operation and maintenance. You will learn to develop ICT strategies and value-creating ICT agreements and understand the importance of change management. Furthermore, you will gain insight into the legal consequences, contractual matters, and the responsibilities and obligations of the ICT Manager.

After completing the education, you will be able to drive projects forward with reduced risk, improved profitability, and in compliance with applicable laws and requirements.

Upon completion of the education, you will receive an official diploma as documentation of your certification as an ICT Manager.

Who is this course for?
The ICT Management Education is aimed at everyone in the Danish construction and civil engineering sector – both public and private – who work with or have an interest in ICT. The programme is relevant for clients, consultants, engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers alike.

Objective:

After completing the education, you will have a solid understanding of ICT management and be able to work in a structured way with the implementation of ICT strategies. You will be able to apply your knowledge in practice to optimise construction processes and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Upon completing the course, you will be able to:

Understand the requirements of the Danish ICT Executive Orders and their significance in relation to the construction process and subsequent O&M (Operations and Maintenance)
Develop ICT agreements and ICT specifications, with a focus on the consequences of your choices
Collaborate on legal and contractual aspects and understand the ICT Manager’s responsibilities and obligations
Apply ICT strategies in practice and understand the importance of change management
Minimise risk and improve the bottom line in projects
Lead ICT coordination throughout the construction process using a roadmap
