To lead the financial department and the overall financial strategies in TCM Group, the company is looking for a CFO with strong financial and management skills.

Your responsibilities include:

• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure profitable growth and long-term sustainability.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable laws and stock exchange regulations.
• Capital Management: Optimizing the company’s capital structure, liquidity management, and investment strategy.
• Risk Management: Identifying and handling financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitoring costs, budgeting, and performance analysis to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Team Management: Managing, motivating and developing the teams within the CFO area.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with internal as well as external stakeholders.
• IT & Digitization: Developing and implementing the IT/OT and digitization strategy. Corporate implementation and continuous development of the ERP-platform according to roll-out plan.
• M&A & Strategic Partnerships: Evaluating potential acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships to strengthen the company’s market position.

You will be part of the Executive Management Team and further act as the CEO’s close and trusted business partner. You will be based at the company’s HQ in Tvis.
